Please read all the points before registering. By registering, the candidate and the parent agree to follow them.

A. Registration

1. Fill the form carefully, with the details exactly as in the school records. Only one registration per student — extra registrations may be cancelled.
2. Verify the parent's mobile number and email with the OTP. Every message about approval, fee, hall ticket and result is sent there.
3. Upload a recent passport-size photo (front-facing, light background) and a clear ID proof: school ID card, Aadhaar card, birth certificate or last report card.
4. The registration is confirmed only after approval and / or payment of the fee. Keep your private exam page link safe and do not share it with anyone.

B. Fee

5. Pay the fee only online on your own exam page. A receipt no. is made at once and shown on the page and on the hall ticket.
6. If money is cut from the bank but the page still asks for the fee, wait 15 minutes and open the page again. Do not pay twice.
7. The fee once paid is not returned, except when the school cancels the exam or the same registration was paid twice by mistake.

C. Hall ticket

8. Download the hall ticket from your exam page. Check the name, photo, roll no., date, time and centre.
9. Bring the hall ticket (printed or on the phone) and the ID proof to the exam centre. Without them you may not be allowed to sit.

D. Online exam

10. Use a phone, tablet or computer with a good internet connection, fully charged, with the latest Chrome, Edge or Safari.
11. Open your exam link 10 minutes early. The paper opens only at the start time and closes by itself at the end time.
12. The exam may be locked to full screen, and photos may be taken with the camera now and then — allow the camera when asked. Leaving the exam screen, coming out of full screen or opening another app is recorded and seen by the school; doing it again and again can cancel the result.
13. The exam can be written on one device only. Do not open your exam link on another phone or computer.
14. Every answer is saved at once. If the internet breaks, keep writing — the answers are kept on your device and sent when the internet comes back. If the page closes, open the link again; the timer keeps running.
15. Where a section has its own time, you cannot go back to that section after its time is over.
16. Use the calculator and the rough sheet only if they are given on the screen. Books, notes, other phones and help from anyone are not allowed.
17. The paper is sent by itself when the time is over.

E. Exam at the centre (OMR)

18. Reach the centre 30 minutes before the start. Sign the attendance sheet.
19. Write the roll no. and the set on the OMR sheet with a black or blue ball pen and fill the circles fully. Do not fold the OMR sheet or make stray marks on it.
20. Mobile phones, calculators, smart watches and any electronic device are not allowed in the exam hall.

F. Marking and result

21. The marks of each question are given in the paper. Wrong answers lose marks only where negative marking is written.
22. The result shows the score, rank, percentile, district and state rank, medal and a performance analysis in the language you choose.
23. Every certificate has a QR code and a code that anyone can check on the school website.
24. Re-evaluation of written answers can be asked for from the scorecard within the days shown, with the reason. The decision of the school is final.

G. Fair play and privacy

25. Any unfair means, a false detail or someone else writing the exam cancels the registration and the result; the fee is not returned.
26. Your details, photo, ID proof and camera photos are used only for this exam. The ID proof and the camera photos are deleted by themselves 180 days after the result.
