- Online Registration:
- Registration forms will be available on our website: https://aparnapublicschool.in/online_admission
- The registration process comprises four stages, including details of the student, parents, and previous schooling information.
- After completing the registration form, a fee of ₹500 must be deposited.
- Documents Required for Registration:
- Duly filled and signed registration form.
- Passport-size photographs of the candidate (to be pasted in the form).
- Postcard-size photograph of the candidate with parents (to be attached with the form).
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by a municipal authority.
- Photocopy of Aadhaar Card & previous class report card.
- Original Transfer Certificate (to be submitted before the academic session begins).
- Important Registration Guidelines:
- Incomplete or illegible registration forms without photographs will be considered invalid.
- Registration will be followed by an interaction session, with the date and time communicated later.
- Registration does not guarantee admission, which depends on the admission test, interaction, and seat availability.
- Admission for Pre-Nursery to Class II will be based on interaction and observation.
- Students applying for Class III onwards will undergo an interaction session followed by a written test.
- Parents should personally fill the registration form. If guardians complete it, their signature must be endorsed in the school Almanac upon admission.
- The date of birth in the Registration Form must match the Birth Certificate.

Promotion Norms:
- Promotion for Prep to Class IX & XI is based on the student’s entire year's academic progress.
- Class teachers maintain an updated record of students' progress through quarterly reports.
- Year-end results are final, and answer sheets will not be reconsidered or shown to students.
Withdrawal Guidelines
- One month's written notice or a month's fee in lieu of notice is required before withdrawing a student.
- Exceptions apply to sudden transfers of Government or Military personnel.
- Students leaving in May must pay the fees for June.
- Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearing all dues.
- A student may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
- Disciplinary issues.
- Unsatisfactory academic progress.
- Detention in a class.
- The school emphasizes respectful behavior; any impolite conduct towards staff—inside or outside the school—may lead to immediate expulsion.
