COMPOSITE LAB

Laboratories are one of the most essential infrastructures of an educational institution. Aparna Public School has a well-equipped Composite Science Lab, designed to enhance students’ practical knowledge through hands-on experiments. This composite laboratory integrates elements of all three branches of science—Physics, Chemistry, and Biology—within a single space. It is primarily used for students up to Class 10. The Science Lab is furnished with modern furniture and apparatus, aligned with the curriculum.
The school actively encourages students to utilize the lab for experiential learning. Every year, the latest instruments, specimens, charts, and other materials are procured to keep the laboratory updated and effective.
The Composite Science Lab provides students from Classes 6 to 10 with the facilities and opportunities to conduct experiments and activities across various science disciplines. It is fully equipped with apparatus as per syllabus requirements and can accommodate more than 35 students at a time. Under the guidance and supervision of the Science faculty, students are encouraged to explore the fascinating world of science through hands-on experimentation.
The lab features spacious tables with plug points for conducting experiments involving electricity, lenses, and prisms for optics, reagent shelves, sinks, and water taps for chemistry experiments, Bunsen burners, reagents, and chemicals, as well as a sufficient number of microscopes for slide preparations and observations. Additionally, the lab is furnished with charts, models, specimens, and various teaching aids.
Students are given equal opportunities to develop their scientific skills and curiosity by following the principle of learning by doing, making science both engaging and impactful.
